SPORTS REHABILITATION

The Sports Rehabilitation course introduces evidence-based theory and practice to all the core areas of sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, injury prevention, and optimal performance training by integrating the best practices of sports medicine and sports performance.

The program will give you a comprehensive understanding of the sports rehabilitation models, protocols, phases and procedures in hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow and lumbar spine traumatic and overuse sport injuries.

The course provides skills and knowledge in managing musculoskeletal, ligament, tendon and meniscus injuries by applying cutting-edge rehabilitation therapeutic techniques, designing exercise therapy, implementing rehabilitation programmes that return athletes to optimum performance and restoring all aspects of physical fitness including optimal movement patterns, stabilization, mobilization, functional strength, power, and speed.

This course will give you essential theoretical and practical skills in Sports Rehabilitation.

SPORTS REHABILITATION ADVANCED

On level 2 of Sports Rehabilitation course, the participants will get deeper understanding in proper rehabilitation processes of different ankle, knee, hip and shoulder injuries, from the sport injury till athletic performance. Managing the re-setting of neuromuscular system and stabilizing targeted structures in sports rehabilitation.

The participants will get a greater understanding of unique  “hands-on“ and instrument assisted joint mobilization techniques, treating the causes of the pain to reach long-lasting improvement. They will be able to decrease pain and restore the normal range of motion of the over-used and faulty joints that might have been caused by postural dysfunctions, sport specific movements, sitting lifestyle, stiffness, chronic pain or injuries.
