SPORTS REHABILITATION
The Sports Rehabilitation course introduces evidence-based theory and practice to all the core areas of sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, injury prevention, and optimal performance training by integrating the best practices of sports medicine and sports performance.
The program will give you a comprehensive understanding of the sports rehabilitation models, protocols, phases and procedures in hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow and lumbar spine traumatic and overuse sport injuries.
The course provides skills and knowledge in managing musculoskeletal, ligament, tendon and meniscus injuries by applying cutting-edge rehabilitation therapeutic techniques, designing exercise therapy, implementing rehabilitation programmes that return athletes to optimum performance and restoring all aspects of physical fitness including optimal movement patterns, stabilization, mobilization, functional strength, power, and speed.
This course will give you essential theoretical and practical skills in Sports Rehabilitation.
FROM REHABILITATION TO HIGH PERFORMANCE
The Integrated Education & Supervision Program for Football Professionals is a high-level professional development pathway for physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and strength & conditioning staff working in youth football.
The program integrates injury prevention, football-specific rehabilitation, return-to-play decision making, long-term athletic development, and strength & conditioning into one unified system.
Delivered through a core education phase and ongoing bi-monthly professional supervision, the program ensures practical implementation, consistent standards, and continuous improvement.
Built around four key modules—sport rehabilitation, myofascial & soft tissue strategies, aquatic therapy, and youth athletic development—this program creates a safer development environment, clearer rehabilitation pathways, and higher performance potential.
This is not a single course, but a long-term performance partnership.
SPORT INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM
The Sport Injury Prevention Program is a fully practical, evidence-informed course designed to develop advanced competence in reducing sports-related injuries and optimizing movement performance.
The program focuses on identifying injury risk factors, understanding common muscle, ligament, cartilage, fascia, and tendon injuries, and applying advanced functional movement assessment and biomechanical observation to guide intervention.
Participants learn to analyze kinetic chains, recognize movement compensations and proprioceptive deficits, and design sport-specific individualized corrective training strategies.
Emphasis is placed on 3D multi-planar movement, stabilization, mobility, strength, plyometric, and speed-based training, ensuring improved force transmission, safer movement patterns, and higher athletic performance.
