SPORTS REHABILITATION ADVANCED

On level 2 of Sports Rehabilitation course, the participants will get deeper understanding in proper rehabilitation processes of different ankle, knee, hip and shoulder injuries, from the sport injury till athletic performance. Managing the re-setting of neuromuscular system and stabilizing targeted structures in sports rehabilitation.

The participants will get a greater understanding of unique  “hands-on“ and instrument assisted joint mobilization techniques, treating the causes of the pain to reach long-lasting improvement. They will be able to decrease pain and restore the normal range of motion of the over-used and faulty joints that might have been caused by postural dysfunctions, sport specific movements, sitting lifestyle, stiffness, chronic pain or injuries.
