YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The course takes you thought the latest evidence based researches and training protocols of fundamental functional movement patterns, physical development, skill-specific training and injury prevention for young athletes.

Main goal of the program is to establish the long-term athletic development from childhood and adolescence, as well as movement efficiency, strength, speed, agility, quickness and coordination improvement by focusing on mobility and stability.

MODULE 1

BASIC PRINCIPALS OF YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

  • Motor skills, functional movement patterns, coordination development
  • Mobilization, stabilization, strength endurance, plyometric and speed training
  • Foundational youth resistance training programmes in childhood and adolescence
  • Injury prevention for youth athletes, reason of sport injuries

MODULE 2

DYNAMIC MOVEMENT PATTERN ANALYSIS FOR YOUTH ATHLETES ››

  • Special multistage assessment procedure to understand muscle and joint dysfunction
  • Test, spot and analyse compensatory movement patterns and posture
  • Understand the direct correlation between correction of compensatory movements and improvements in performance
  • The correction of compensatory movements to prevent injuries
  • Exceptional correction program in line with particular functional movement patterns

MODULE 3

CORRECTION OF SOFT TISSUE FOR YOUTH ATHLETES
